- MTMr. TechApr 14, 20261.0On April 13 at night, Me and my family went to get ice cream, as we pull up we see 2 females cleaning, one was mopping the floor and the other one was wiping off counter top! Me and my family look at them and there talking to each other clearly upset we pulled up while they were cleaning! It says closing is 10pm i was there before 930! The 2 employees i guess didn't know we can see them through the glass gossiping because we came there for ice cream! After seeing we had plenty of time for them to scoop some ice-cream, we went in just to watch both females drop there cleaning tools and go right to the ice cream! What ever happened to washing your hands? Eeewww! Well my whole family was so disgusted with that, we left and got ice cream elsewhere!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
