  Holy smokes 41 minutes stuck in the drive -thru!! Love their food but man 41 minutes is crazy!!

  If I could give them a half star or a no star I would. The service, food and seating was the worst i have ever experienced. We were not greated when we entered. The people didn't even greet us. Kept talking to eachother like we didn't even come in. We ordered it took 15 almost 20 minutes to get our food. When we got it. it was cold. Fries were horrible. The benches the material was very cracked and looked terrible the top caps were even lifting off the sections separating the booths. This was a very disappointing experience. I usually go to the Arby's downtown and have one of the best experiences there.

  Everytime I order DoorDash I don’t get the sauces I asked for. Specifically asked for horsey sauce and got Arby’s sauce. Receipt says horsey sauce. Why can’t your employees read???

  If I could give service a zero I would. Stayed in like damn near 15 minutes for lady in front of me to get two bags of food and then to sit there and wait while they talked. Absolutely ridiculous. It isn't highschool it isn't a social hang out. Get your food and get out of the line. Lady in the window needs to be retrained in moving the line. Especially with a full drive through in such a small area. Won't return.

  My fries were nice and hot delicious and they are usually a hit or miss. I got the ham and Swiss and it had decent amount of meat and taste fresh. Hubby got 2 for himself he said the evening staff was a young friendly crew said a young man did order employee name in recent was kallie . Great staff on Sat jan 31 between 639 - 720 pm
