This place is the definition of unprofessional.
I’ve shown up THREE separate times, each visit more than an hour before closing, and every single time I was turned away because staff “decided” to close early. That is completely unacceptable. Posted hours are not optional—they are a commitment to your customers. If you can’t honor them, then change them. Don’t mislead people and waste their time.
What makes it worse is that she smirked? And giggled and laughed to her other employee as we walked away, getting enjoyment that she turned us away. That's the quickest way for you to lose your job.
“Closing early because of a big shift tomorrow” is not an excuse—it’s poor management, lazy scheduling, and a complete lack of respect for customers. People work long hours and depend on those hours being accurate. To repeatedly deny service with plenty of time left is beyond frustrating—it’s disrespectful.
And the attitude? Even worse. The Caucasian woman with a ponytail at the bar was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had zero sense of basic service etiquette. No greeting, no apology, no professionalism—just an entitled, cold refusal. Customer service 101 is simple: acknowledge the customer, communicate respectfully, and take accountability. None of that happened here.
At this point, it’s not just bad service—it’s a pattern of disregard for customers.
Save your time and your money. If you expect consistency, professionalism, or even basic human decency, you will not find it here.
