  Had sirloin and shrimp. Shrimp was excellent. My steak was chewy. Kinda disappointed. They were short of servers. Had a long wait.

  The food was great just the right portions. The drink was a pina koala it was great we had a great time. However we had to drive all the way out to the Valley which was to far for my girlfriend. She said she would have not have gotten the gift card if she knew we had to drive that far she thought the one on the north side was still open. We had the ribs the steak and bloomin onion everything was delicious and excellent the waitress was friendly and courteous but my girlfriend didn't think she was doing her job good enough and was having the man do all the work.

  Haven't been to outback in years. Had so much good news for my wife, looked for a nice quiet place to inform her. The atmosphere hadn't changed. Clean & quiet. Service was great. But, the food was kinda disappointing. My wife had the tuna. As a chef, tuna was cooked to perfection. Nice work! I had the ribeye steak and a blooming onion. Been looking forward to one for awhile. The steak was cooked well as a medium rare but at least half the steak was fat. I love a little fat but at 35 bucks I expected better cut of meat definitely something thicker than a 1/2 inch. The oinion was a disappointment. Very small onion and was cooked in dirty oil. I cook steaks alot and I know what dirty oil taste like. Onion was almost burnt and had no onion taste. I'm on the fence with this. For 100 dollar meal I expected a better food experience.

  The entire experience was average. We arrived there on a Sunday afternoon & it was packed ,however, it looked as if they were short staffed. It took 30 minutes+ to be seated & our food came out somewhat slow. Tables and silverware were clean and the food was good but you could tell this particular restaurant was "in the weeds," before they could catch up and seat all the customer rush.

  I don’t make it to Outback in Spokane Valley often, but every time I do, it’s such a great experience, the food is always spot on. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can truly tell the staff enjoys what they do—it makes a difference. Damon, who is usually in the bar area, is especially fantastic. He’s incredibly personable, attentive, and does an amazing job taking care of everyone. He makes you feel like a regular, even if you’re not there all the time. Consistently great service and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do—definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!
