My cucumber salad was a gross container of over ripe cucumber slices swimming in liquid. I took one bite and threw it out. Ate away from the store or I would have returned it.
Sandwiches mostly wrap. The tomato and mustard was delicious, but I could barely find any meat. I won't go there again. The service was excellent but the food was barely eatable. The cucumber salad I ordered wasn't eatable. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. Staff very friendly but food terrible.

*** Update: The manager and or their crew remade the sandwich that I complained about below and when I got home it was wrong again!!! I called back to let them know that they screwed my order up a second time and still didn't even get an apology. I'd choose a different location Jimmy John's then the one on pines if you want decent food and decent customer service.
I placed an online order to pick up to take home because I was on a super time crunch. Upon opening my order at home my sandwich was made incorrectly and to the point I was unable to eat it. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager he said I could bring the sandwich back which I was unable to do that evening and that he was not able to issue me a refund because there was other items on my order. The manager gave me a store credit for $15 the meal plus my added bacon was $15.75. the manager was rude he did not apologize for the mistake and I did not have dinner that night. When I came back in the next evening to get the sandwich, I brought back the messed up sandwich and my receipt. The same manager was working and again did not apologize for the mistake. I complained about the lack of proper credit and he said it was up to him how he felt to issue credit. I told him that I suggested for better customer service in the future that maybe he apologized and offer the customer something small like a cookie or a drink or a chips for their mistake. He told me he didn't want my suggestions and he didn't have to do that and he didn't have to give me anything. He was incredibly rude and should not be a manager at any store. I have worked many retail jobs food jobs and customer service jobs and this is not the way you handle a customer's complaint. I hope he gets demoted.
