  This crew at the Spokane valley location was great, my food was ready fast and was good! My only issue was they forgot my breakfast salsa after asking for it at the intercom.

  The people that work here are so rude and they cannot get basic orders right. When you simply ask for the food you paid for because THEY forgot it, they give you attitude. Like I’m not asking for anything more than what I paid for. Incompetent rude employees

  They were very friendly and accommodated anything that I needed that also gave me a free Drink on the house that was very nice of them. I would recommend them to anybody!

  Kitchen appears very unclean with empty cups, napkins, and other trash littered all over the floor. Staff was friendly, but they handed out the order without the drinks. After asking an employee to make our drinks, he just made a general statement to the kitchen we still needed drinks made. It took a few minutes until someone was able to make them. Overall, food was delicious, and lobby was clean compared to the back.

  They say "first impressions don't get a second chance". I was pretty impressed with this Taco Bell. We ordered at the kiosk and sat down to wait for our food. We were in at the in between lunch and dinner rush, so it wasn't too busy. The employees that were on staff were busily taking and filling orders. The one thing that I would say stood out the most was when one of the female employees took the time to fill my mago tea behind the counter and then stated that it was because "the one in the lobby area can be weird". She wanted to make sure that I got a good one. She didn't just hand over the cup and go about her day. She took the time to make sure I got a good drink. The food was made quickly and we had ordered to go, and they served it up. My son even commented on how quickly they got our order done. So thank you to the afternoon staff and keep up the good work. I would definitely return to this Taco Bell in the future.
