- ASA SDec 29, 20251.0Only bought pizza from this location twice. Second time I had a hair in my food. I called them immediately (less than 30 min after delivery) and asked for a refund. They said they couldnt process it until the next day which is fine but I haven't heard back and while Im still hoping for a refund this is incredibly disgusting and needs to be shared regardless. It was baked under the cheese so I took a bite and when I pulled away the crust to feel the hair slide out of my mouth still stuck to the pizza. The hair was so baked in I couldve hung the crust from it. Needless to say even with a refund Im not going back. Also this is just my opinion but based on the reaction from the two employees I spoke to they didnt sound surprised which tells me this happens too often.

I checked nearby and could not find it at any nearby apartments.Store did not answer calls, and now I have to wait thrpugh the companies online system for a refund. If you HAVE to order pizza hut, make sure that it is not from this store.
