When I arrived there were about 6 or 7 employees working and they all looked at me but refused to acknowledge me or assist me. After waiting 10 minutes I asked an associate walking by to check on my customers order- she told me they didn’t have the order . I called my partner company and informed them the merchant claimed not to receive the customers order and it should be cancelled- when they employee heard this she came over and told me that they had found the order and were working on it so I relayed that information to my partner company. AS SOON AS I HUNG UP THE PHONE the employee proceeds to be like yeah we actually don’t have it and I had to call my partner company again to cancel the customers order. All the people working here are absolute jokes. There is no professionalism, there is no customer care or consideration and they have no problem lying to your face and creating chaos for their own entertainment. The manager is just as bad if not worse than the rest of the employees here.

The woman taking my order was ready with a suggestion to try the same basic sandwich with a different sauce, but did advise me it might not be the same (of course not, that pesto is delicious). I opted for the garlic aioli on my sandwich. She gave me a little discount since the sauce was out, which was unexpected but very nice of her. And the sandwich was delicious. A bit more "plain" than it would be with the pesto, but still good.
