Took my Cuz for her Birthday Saturday October 11, 2025 around 4p...I ordered the filet mignon w/Cesar salad it was very black on top which I thought the color meant it was seared I sliced a piece of & the inside color was not medium it was more like medium well after a few more bites I realized the steak wasn't freshly cooked & the bottom of the steak was a light brown not the same very black seared look as the top of the steak when I knew this steak wasn't freshly cooked this filet mignon was recooked hence the Luke warm of the steak & different colors from top to the color of the bottom of the steak & it was medium well cooked not medium cooked not was it juicy in the plate when I cut into it...Extremely Disgusting to serve to a customer... I am retired from Safeway Meat Dept & know Exactly what a Steak is Freshly Cooked or recooked which WILL RUIN Outback Steak House business bc that meal I was served & PD $31.99 for was a Disgusting Betrayal to me & ANY CUSTOMER!!! I must add the bread we were served was overly microwaved, hard as a rock on the bottom so I cut of bottom in order to eat some of the break... I didn't complain at Restaurant due to one must Never send food bk to the kitchen bc U Never know the attitude of the cook after all that person is making your food! My Cuz had beef Top Sirloin w/Grilled prawns, bkd potatoe veggie her only complaint was they put prawns on bread which made bread greasy not edible to her... Sorry to write this review but the cook should Never recooked pples food!!! However after this Horrific Experience I will give Outback Steak House one more try B4 I Never walk in that door again...
