Went to have lunch for my birthday and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and not a single person to see. Finally walked out and tried to call in and talk to someone and couldn't even answer the phone. Worst service ever!!! If I could give negative response I would

This place has gone downhill considerably. Not sure if its just the location or what. My girlfriend and I went for a dinner date and were both extremely disappointed. Our waitress was slow and inattentive. We left our empty water glasses on the edge of our table for a solid ten minutes. In which time, the waitress walked by about 3 times. Never even asked if we wanted refills. This would be excusable IF, and only if, they were busy. This was not the case. There were sections of the restaurant that had maybe two parties in them. The food, additionally, was awful. We got mozzarella boomerangs for an appetizer. My girlfriend ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta. I ordered the steak and shrimp. While the shrimp and chicken were decent, the noodles lacked flavor and came with very little sauce. My steak was overcooked, dry and incredibly bland. The only saving grace was the mozzarella sticks. We spent 50 dollars on two dinners that were not worth it by even the widest margin. Between service and overpriced, underseasoned food, I would not consider this place worth visiting again.

We went there shortly after opening for lunch, the restaurant was not overly busy. After we received our meal, my steak was quite a bit over cooked, not at all what I asked for. Our server did not return, ran out of water and eventually ate about half my meal before giving up. A different server came to finish the experience; I told her my steak was not good, she responded, "OH no... would anyone like desert?" Outback no longer has Foster's on draft... I just don't see any reason to go back here.

We had an amazing time at Outback. I really appreciate how well they have adjusted their menu to accommodate people with gluten sensitivity. The service is friendly, and the food is delicious! It’s our new favorite restaurant for date nights.

I haven't been in about a year. Don't really know what's happened in that amount of time but it was terrible. Start it out with the mushroom appetizer and it's like they were left in the fryer way too long. Then my dinner came. Steak was not done medium like I asked and had so much pepper on it I could barely eat it. Mashed potatoes add big chunks of potato in them that weren't mashed it was very off-putting. It also came with coconut shrimp that also was way overcooked and too much time in the fryer. The only thing that was good was our server LOL
