  My other half and I were just in there and ordered a gargantuan 16" and asked for jalapeños, extra onion, and extra mayonnaise. No extra onions nor extra mayonnaise. Very disappointing 😞 Not one location can get it right.

  Sullivan Jimmy johns was very disappointing. I usually visit Jimmy johns on mission. They always do a great job. The one on Sullivan i will avoid. I ordered a turkey sandwich, it was not made like I ordered. There was one small swipe each of mustard and mayo only in the very center of the bun. The sandwich was dry. No pickles when I ordered extra pickles. There was only turkey on 1/3rd of the sandwich. My daughter ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I honestly thought I had her sandwich.

  Everyone was very friendly when I came in, three separate people greeted me. Place was very clean, even with them being kinda busy. Happy that Jimmy John's had hot sammiches now. Prices are really reasonable for what you get, and my food came out pretty quick. Definitely going to stop here again when I am in the neighborhood
