Iv been trying since to get it worked out with em since and it’s just not happening, also since Xmas a two other people iv given a card to also got they’re balances wiped out here as well after buying 1 drink so this location has a scam going on with gift cards if not the entire company either way won’t be spending any more money at Dutch bros for a while.

When you like every employee that a company has it is great to keep coming back. Dutch Bros on Pines Spokane Valley Washington is the best place in Spokane to get your coffees. They'll treat you like family and genuinely care about you. They remember your name and drink that really says a lot about the place and people who are making your drink. Love this place and all the people. Never have I had a bad experience here. Everyone will be happy here. Claudia and Kaslyn keep me coming back because their employees are happy to be here working that to me is what makes my day. Again love this place and the people. We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
