Well this Sunday when we walked in there were no customers, just us. A female employee was in the lobby texting on her phone. We were standing there waiting patiently for someone. Then when she was going past the counter she gave us a dirty look and kept walking. Someone from drive thru came out and looked just and went back the other way. It was like wow we couldn't believe it. We waited.... Then two girls came out from the back. They were talking to each other. They looked at us and continued to talk to each other. No one said be with you in a minute, nothing. We looked at each other and then we left. As I said we usually come here every Sunday....... It was around 11:40a.m. to answer your question Update from over 3weeks ago. We get a look at. Young girl comes to counter. Doesn't look at us. Looks down. Takes our order. Kinda says back what we ordered. Gives my husband his change and walks off. And I had to ask for our cups. These kids need help in learning customer service and kindness.

This location does a really good job overall, although I will say they seem to have gotten a little stingy with the sundae toppings and Blizzard additives. One thing that makes me sad is, like so many places, they have gone for Corporate Bland™️ decor. Used to be, there was all kinds of fun stuff in the walls. If nothing else, at least let me know you want me to be in a DQ and not just some Burger In The Box place. Staff is always friendly when I come in, so that is nice, and overall they get my food to me quickly. All in all, still a great place to hang with a hot fudge sundae
