  Went in for early lunch around 11:30. No steak, chicken was burnt ends (looked like yesterday’s reheated). I had a quesadilla. Couldn’t even finish as it was so bad. Taste of char was about all the flavor I got. We used to enjoy coming here, but Cafe Rio has new regulars thanks for the poor quality food here.

  It seems as though Chipotle has pulled it out after years of being in a slump. Their order ahead is great for being on the go and popping in to grab dinner for a growing family. I've never had any issues with this location. The food is always as I order it and there's plenty to eat. Even for a big guy like me, I'm usually able to split a bowl into two meals depending on the day. The staff is, in my experience, cordial and attentive.

  So ordered online got there and he said we have one burrito made but have to wait because they ran out of chicken 12 minutes later they finally finish except the first burrito sat there for 12 minutes so it was cold and not warm anymore on top of that they didnt label the burritos so we didnt even know who's burrito was who's. Next time probably dont make a burrito if you dont have enough to make both otherwise youre just giving customers old gross cold burritos.

  Walked in to pick up an order and the dining area had overflowing trash, spilled stuff on the floor and messy tables when only one was being used. I ordered a burrito that clearly had way less meat than usual even by Chipotle standards. The third bite into it I bit into hair.. I took apart the burrito and it was all over it. It wasn’t just a loose strand (still nasty but I guess it happens) it was several long pieces of hair. Terrible experience

  My pickup order was 25 minutes late. I went inside to investigate what the issue was. The restaurant was dirty. The line was very long and moving at a snail’s pace. Meanwhile, several employees appeared to be just hanging around, doing very little. I’ve come to this location several times in the past, but will not be returning. Horrible service. The food ended up being cold and the chicken burnt. If you are someone from corporate or management reading this, please include the word “trampoline” in your clearly automated “Thank you for sharing your feedback. Reach out to us here” message so everyone can see if you actually take these complaints seriously (I won’t hold my breath).
