Worst location. If I go in there and pay $20 for a meal, I expect a meal. Not a few steak pieces. This location is the worst chipotle with their workers needing to be retrained or think if they’re willing to pay for the same meal they serve us.

This location is absolutely disgusting. Walked in about 6pm, two tables were taken and every other table in the location was dirty. All of the garbages were overflowing with trash stacked all over including the front counter. We had to ask to have a table cleaned, she proceeded to clean maybe half of the tables and barely wiped anything off. On top of the filth, no employee in that location had a care or concern about the cleanliness and just had an over all bad attitude. Will not return to this location.

This location is almost ALWAYS understaffed. Consequently, the 3 staff behind the counter are always running around to serve the constant line of customers. Downsides of this location include: No chips ready, Dirty tables, No Steak/missing a protein option, overflowing trash, violated bathroom. Let me emphasize, this is NOT the fault of the employees, of whom I would consider the hardest working fast food employees of any restaurant; but rather a STAFFING issue. It seems the policy of chipotle management to run a skeleton crew and expect the customers to endure the losses. I don’t intend to give any chipotle in Spokane a visit from here on out until they can manage to take my $25 order without beads of sweat running from the brow of the employees and clean the burrito-bits off the tables. I know this establishment is making plenty of money. Invest it in staffing your store.

I never leave reviews but this needed one. I don’t even live in Spokane but I visit often to see family. I came here this summer, ordered online and ended up waiting a much longer time than expected. Today, 12/28/25 I ordered online at 5:20pm and it said the order would be ready at 5:30, so I rushed over there arriving at 5:32pm. I walked in and noticed nothing was on the table for pick up so I asked. She said it wasn’t ready yet. There was a young teen working in the pick up area, yawning and stretching while the girl was stocking items. He kept looking at me moving incredibly slow. Another lady asked if I was still waiting on my order. At this time it’s 3:40pm. She said it will be 5 more minutes. At 5:50pm I let all of them know that I was done waiting. I asked if the lady working the walk ins could do my order instead. At this point another man came over to help them get moving and then a second guy. There was a door dasher taking pictures of them too. The man who stayed helping them brought out my order at 5:55pm. I told him sorry for getting upset and he said he totally understood. I will never visit Chipotle on Sullivan again.
