My girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for 3 years now and the food has been great, along with the service from Kelsey. Kelsey makes sure we are taken care of and the food is to our liking.

We came out tonight on a whim and we were between two places and unfortunately this was our pick. We decided on the pick 6. I chose the boneless wings. They came out looking like they had been in the hot hold bin for at least an hour and were HARD. Asked for different ones very politely, they obliged and brought slightly less old ones right out. Oh well, I would get over it. I have a lot of grace for this industry because I work in it and have for over a decade. I’m a bartender myself. However the service we experienced tonight was unacceptable from someone who does the same jobs point of view and especially from my management point of view. Our server barely spoke two words to us, never checked in, I had to wave her down for my wing issue, slapped the check down and walked away when we wanted to order desert. So we were forced to decide against the cookie skillet and just leave. When I said thank you, I got a “yup” and that was it. I’ve never in my life left less than a 20% tip until tonight when I left 13% for our server Jaime. She wasn’t busy, she wasn’t scrambling, she just didn’t give a crap and it showed. Totally ruined the fun evening out we wanted to have with my five year old. We had better service from the girl serving the table behind us and all she did was get us ketchup. So Jaime at the Spokane Valley BWW, please do better.

We were having friends over and decided to place an order for delivery. Upon receiving our food, we noticed that there were no dipping sauces and the wings were already smothered in sauces and were mixed together. Do not add dipping sauces when there are no dipping sauces, very misleading. Also, food was ice cold, we had to reheat everything and spend time trying to separate wings from each other not knowing which wings were which, needs to be a better way to separate wings from other's, as some individuals have allergies to certain ingredients in your sauces. We also received wilted vegetables that needed to be thrown out, just plain gross, not to mention unsanitary. Overall experience was awful to say the least, very disappointed and unsatisfactory. When a customer pays for a service, you expect to get quality service. Any business that has no quality control or oversight do not stay in business long, and anything worth doing is worth doing right. This establishment has lost several potential repeat customers and will not be reccomending.

My sister ordered plain chicken wings, but one of them still had feathers on it, which was really gross. I definitely won't be ordering from that place again.
