- JJJ.O.E3 days ago1.0I ordered a chicken burrito online and paid extra for queso and guacamole, but I was told there was no chicken. Then, after waiting about 10 minutes at the pickup window, there was chicken. The burrito I got was super small, about the size of a maverick burrito, and it didn’t have any guacamole or queso—just some cheese and corn salsa as add-ons. It was pretty bland and dry. Definitely not coming back or ordering online again.
- CRChristian Rosenau6 days ago1.0Holy salt batman! I'm all the flavor of salt but why would you add double the daily allowance of salt into one meal? I literally couldn't taste anything besides salt. This is the second time I recently ate at Chipotle and the experience was exactly the same. I have been eating here for the fresh ingredients but I literally can't go back when the salt is just so overpowering. If you are the franchise owner reading this, please go in and try your employees food. Tell them to follow the recipe and quit adding so much salt! The guy who took my order looked like he was going to cry. I could tell he was probably new to the job but he literally looked like his face would crack if he was to smile. I would love to return some day when these issues are addressed as I've been a Chipotle customer ever since they came to Spokane.

I've been going to this Chipotle since it opened, now I may reconsider if the service doesn't improve.
