  Most mind-numbingly incompetent place ever created. Every single time i've gone, or made the mistake of ordering from here online i've had to deal with the complete idiocy of this place. I used to sometimes come here for just a mocha frappe, nothing else. I'd pull up to a completely empty drive through and order it, wait 10 minutes in the drive through then be told to go park and wait another 20 minutes for one singular drink. Every time. Needless to say i stopped going for that but anytime i'd go for food the order was messed up every time without fail, either i'd be missing items i paid for, or i'd have a completely different bag than what i ordered even when there's only 2 other cars in line. Now let's talk about delivery. My god. If you told me that anytime they get a delivery order the staff is told to just throw anything in a bag and put it out i'd believe you. The ONLY times i have ordered from here were mistakes because i forgot to change the location to the one up the street or the one on Portland ave. Anytime this happened i was either missing more than half the order or i was given complete BS. The last time this happened i ordered over $50 worth of food, you know what they gave me? 6 chicken nuggets and a water bottle. A WATER BOTTLE? What are we doing? this place should be shutdown. The workers here are always mean and nasty too which is why i never go inside, wouldn't wanna speak to them for a second longer than i have to. Lest i incur their wrath for daring to take their time out of staring at their phone for 8 hours while they pretend to do their jobs. I implore anyone reading this to save yourself the headache and just go to the one up the street a little, or the one on Portland ave. Portland ave has literally never let me down once and i happily drive twice as far just to avoid this place. I hope some McDonald's exec reads this and realizes what a waste of money this place is.

  Do not expect to get what you order! Every single time I come to this McDonald’s (which I no longer will be) my order is wrong. My fries are consistently only half full. I’ll be missing an entire meal from the order and the workers are soooo rude!!! They don’t greet you at the windows and if you bother letting them know they messed up they get an attitude. And then the manager on shift will come Over and fix the order and the manager is rude as well. This has happened multiple times with different team members and different managers. They are all rude. And they all have poor customer service and my order hasn’t been correct one time ever at this location. (It’s also an easy order with no subscription or special requests) I only come back because it’s on my way home. But I will no longer be coming here.

  Came to this location because it's the only one open and during my arrival I sat at the drive thru for a minute and then I started calling out "HELLO" HELLO!!! NOONE answer back. I'm on my lunch break so I'm in a time crunch and I pull around the corner there is another vehicle at the 2nd window chatting with the lady. The lady poke her head out saw my car and kept talking to the car in front me. Took at more then 5 minutes before a gentleman came to the first window and took my order and apologized but he just clock back in!after I paid I pulled up to the car in front of me and sat for another 5-6 minutes before they left. So I pulled forward and guess what I saw 2 ladies standing at the window chatting why didn't one of them took my order? Smh and Christine was the manager on duty. BS

  This is for the 14900 Spanaway location. Plenty of parking on site and on the street. Got here for breakfast at around 9:30a so just past the morning rush I would think. Gave the store a star off for atmosphere because they left a mop out with wet floor signs but they weren't mopping. It was just hanging out. This did not affect the overall score because the dinning area when I eating was very clean. They have 5 kiosks for orders, and one was not working when I was there. What was amazing was being greeted by a "good morning" when I came through the door. Her name was Dawn, and I made sure to loop back and get her name. I don't recall the last time I've heard that at a McDonald's let along most storefronts so I definitely appreciated the effort. Inside was warm and the wifi was fantastic! One of the only fast food locations with a stable wifi so I also appreciate that very much. Service was great! I decided to dine in and I was again greeted by Dawn again, and my food came out hot and most importantly accurate. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffin's with egg and a large coffee. This location for some reason toasts the english muffin in such a way, that it takes the breakfast sandwich to another level. And I thought it was just a fluke, but the 2nd sandwich was just as good with the cheese melted just right and sauge grilled out like I was sitting down at a diner. It was by far the best Mc breakfast anything I've had. Loved it so much, I ordered 2 more to go! (It was a buy 1 get the 2nd for $1 so...) Anytime you're in Spanaway and you're looking for a quick breakfast, come here. Midas 5-stars for a solid experience of great food and service.
