Every answer is a trap to upcharge you. I am so sick of it. The best part is you tell them no I just want the regular item and they up charge you anyway. Just sitting in the drive through playing 50 flippin questions. I called and asked multiple times why the heck this takes place and they staff says “well that’s how we make extra money” it’s absolutely the most annoying thing. If I want something I’ll order it.
