I walked in ready to grab a quick sandwich, but I ended up waiting almost five minutes before anyone even came out from the back to greet me or take my order. That’s not what I expect from a fast-food chain like Subway, where service is usually quick and efficient. The delay made the visit feel disorganized and unwelcoming from the start. When I was finally helped, the staff was polite and friendly, which is the positive side of the experience. Once I got my sandwich, it tasted decent — fresh bread and toppings as expected — but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. It felt like the location was understaffed or not well-managed, and it put a damper on what should have been a quick, convenient meal. I think this Subway has potential because the menu and food quality are standard, and the employees do seem nice. However, the lack of timely service makes it hard to recommend this location. Until they get better at handling customers promptly, this location is a no-go for me, and I’ll likely visit a different branch in the future.
