My boyfriend asked for a medium fry on his meal with a large drink because the larges have the Monopoly tickets. He received and was charged for a medium even after assuring he'd been heard. Worker at the window (didn't get a name) was wearing a managers uniform and name badge. Why am I being charged extra without telling or asking me?
