I ordered food, and sat down in the lobby there was garbage still left on other tables not sure how long they have been there, both garbages in the lobby were also full so that’s why people just left there garbage on the tables. When I left they were not that busy. Not hardly anyone in the drive through and two other parties in the lobby and play place combined. Definitely needs some improvement.

I asked the worker at the front desk for help and she said that the kiosk is broken and won’t allow some deals due to a glitch so I asked her to help me out at the front desk with it and she Refused to help out and said that I already used my deal on the kiosk so she’s not gonna let me use it at the desk even though she watched that the kiosk was not working and told me that the deal did not work on there. Update- went 5 min down the road to another Mcdonalds and they immediately fixed the code issue. This Pacific Mcdonalds was just choosing to not help with the issue.
