Ordered pizza online and there was no curbside pick up option. Went in when it said pizza was complete and it wasn’t ready. Both pizzas had almost no sauce but the crust was dripping in whatever they put on the crust and same with the parm bites couldn’t even eat them. My cheese pizza was bad. Little to no cheese cut oddly but not enough to actually pull off a slice.

Nice staff, but pizza was WET. Not just floppy but the cardboard was sopping wet. We were standing there when it came out of oven. We live 1/4 mile away. Pizza was wet and soupy. We tried to dry it out on a pizza tray in oven, didn't help much. Terrible. Id like to post pics but don't see how. Update: They reached out to me to "fix" I emailed pics and receipt. NO contact for 3 days since. Im downgrading my stars.

Not going to lie we probably order pizza too much out of convenience. The mountain highway location is always hit or miss! Half of the time you're going to get good toppings and have some decent amount of cheese and then the next time you might have so little cheese that all it looks like is red sauce on bread. I suggest having a bag of grated mozzarella and extra toppings in your fridge at all times if you plan on going to this location. I've complained before, always check your pizza before you leave if you're picking up!

This location is a disgrace to Domino’s and to customer service. Back in July, I reported a driver for making an extremely perverse inappropriate and vulgar ejaculation gesture toward my home while saying 'eat this' and 'cheapos' before that and my children heard and witnessed this out their window. Instead of taking accountability, the 'manager', Sam Rama, at this location offered me a couple pizzas and a dessert as if sexual harassment can be “paid off” with food. Basically saying “Your children being exposed to a sexual gesture is worth about $30 of pizza and desserts.” They ghosted me for months. Then I reached out again in September. Got a reply October. When I explained the seriousness of the incident, they themselves asked me what I felt was a fair remedy. I responded respectfully with a number, and instead of addressing it, they later twisted my response into “extortion.” That is retaliatory, defamatory, beyond unprofessional, and reckless. A normal manager would’ve shut this down immediately. Instead, Sam Rama excused and enabled this perverse act in front of my children, which says more about his character than anything else. It gets worse. Sam Rama even admitted in writing that they “waited to reply days later because they think it’s funny.” One of their replies even came in at 12:08 AM, where they bragged about being “the busiest in the state” despite their 3.5 star rating and tried to insult me with gaslighting comments. Imagine a manager emailing customers at midnight just to mock them. That alone tells you how childish and unfit for leadership this place is. That is how little they value their customers, laughing at complaints of harassment and deliberately stalling responses. They then had the nerve to call me names like the “definition of a gaslighter,” while they’ve been gaslighting this entire time: first pretending the driver was just “getting keys out of his pocket,” then trying to flip blame onto me. This is a manager who disrespects first and then projects when they’re called out. They want to brag about being the “busiest store in the state,” yet their public reviews sit at 3.5 stars. That says everything. I have every email, every contradictory reply, and the video evidence. And yes, I will be posting screenshots alongside this review so people can see the truth for themselves. Sam Rama even wrote that “it’s obvious I look down on fast food workers and customer service people” projecting their own disrespect onto me. No. The truth is they’re the ones who look down on their own customers. Classic projection. They disrespected me and my family first with the driver’s gesture, then was insulting in emails, then twisted my words to fit their narrative. That’s not professionalism, that’s projection. This 'manager' enabled perverse behavior in front of my children who saw through the window, then turned around and insulted me, projected their own behavior onto me, and twisted everything into lies. That’s not customer service; that’s abuse of position. My take? Terminate this 'manager' and replace them with someone less delusional & more professional & stable. They are a liability. Corporate Domino’s needs to know this: this location is not just “poor service.” It’s toxic leadership, retaliation, and open disrespect for customers.
