I just went through the drive through and ordered the new limited time Italian Roast Beef dip. When I got back to work and opened it up, tere was no Swiss cheese, which is part of the sandwich. Very disappointing as I did not have time to go back and get it replaced.

The heck is this!. False advertisement all of our food was cold except the mozzarella sticks. Between a screaming and crying 4 mo and 15 in the car, I'm not sitting there to check all our food while my babies cry so hard they are hyperventilating.. 15 minutes drive home all food was cold. Not even warm from cooling down. you need to do better. I haven't been to Arby's in along time and this just shows why I shouldn't go back. This is very disappointing...
Adding that read reviews after posting this. It seems this has been an ongoing issue for Kenny months now but nothing is being done about it. Guess it's time to contact the hire up for this location.....

This place is so slow. I get dinner rush but really? I made a mobile order at 5:40, said it should be done by 5:46. I showed up at 5:48. Didn't get to the drive through window til 6:12! Then they apparently couldn't find my order... So it was another 10 minutes. Almost a 40 minute ordeal, with fast food, and drive through... Or and they didn't even greet me at the speaker box I had to say hello and my order was wrong.

The worst Arby's in Washington State hands down..grouchy lazy humans work/take up space..never get the order right..its terrible..not any other Arby's are this dreary...
