The food is always good, it's definitely more expensive than any of the other fast food places but it's worth it now and again. The kids love the meal deals. We recently went for the free cone day and it's always a nice treat.
- JSJ SMar 15, 20261.0Decided to try the popcorn shrimp. Got 2 bites in and found a hair cooked into one of the shrimo. I took it up to the counter and showed the cashier. The cashier said that it probably came from the fryer oil. She offered to get me a new shrimp basket but I disnt want more hairy food so I asked if I could have something else. She rang it up and asked me to pay for the replacement food. I asked if I was going to get a refund for the hair food and she went back to talk to the manager. After a few moments the cashier came back and asked me if I WANTED a refund. Of course I want a refund, I don't want to pay for food that has to be thrown away. So she went back to talk to the manager again. The manager came out and refunded me and gave me a coupon for a free meal. So, they did finally resolve the issue. But this location is run by teenagers and very young adults and they are not professional and clearly don't want to be there. I really prefer to go to the Lakewood location where I have had much better experiences
