- GMG MacDec 4, 20251.0I ordered an online pizza for our class, I noticed as soon as I pushed the button that the delivery was at the wrong time so I immediately called. Somehow or other they said they already had the pizzas in the oven, which would be ridiculously fast timing. I told him that the class won’t even be in session for a few hours so don’t deliver it. He said they will still send the car out even though I asked him not to deliver there as there won’t be anybody there to deliver it to. So they’ve got themselves a couple pizzas and pops and a tip for absolutely nothing. Not only was the guy unwilling to help me out, but he hung up on me. I will make sure to mention this to my classes and 1000 kids I teach a year. This was ridiculous. The included pictures show that the order was at 11:23 and the phone call was at 11:24 and again at 11:31 hoping to speak to someone else but that didn’t go anywhere. Update! Even though the app said to hand it directly to me it was left on the front porch and now is freezing cold. It also said if they couldn’t find me, they would call my phone, which they did not. Again, Service sucks!

Constantly getting the order wrong even though the order sits on “quality check” for half an hour. The only reason I’ve ever gone back to this location is because it’s literally the only delivery option in my area. I pray someone franchises a different pizza place so I can never order from here again.
