  We always go out of our way to stop at this location the food is always delicious and fresh. The store and play area are neat and tidy. The staff are friendly! And the have the best play place in town.

  They should not be able to park people and make them wait while they serve people behind them. Must have a good day. We all pay the same price yet if they don’t have something done, they would like me to park instead of making the food like it used to be so that they can make sure to hit their numbers on their timer what happened to customer service I’m watching three or four cars come in and get served and drive away while I’ve been here for 15 minutes waiting for my food. Next time I’m not gonna pull forward. I’m just gonna stay in the drive-through until the hand over the food I guess so I can save my place in line.

  I had a craving for some McDonalds at 12:30 am which I know is late. This location states it is open until 2:15 am so I thought this would be quick and easy. I show up to the door and understandably so the lobby is closed so I head through the drive thru. I get in and I hear not a single word, no hello how can I help you or response to me trying to figure out if anyone is there. I leave the drive thru and walk to the window and see that there is someone in there, I knock knock knock and knock and get completely ignored. Avoided eye contact with me and ran to the back to hide again. I understand it was late and you don’t want to make food for people at 1 am however you chose to work somewhere that stays open during these hours and should be expected to provide food service for customers. I really hope this person wasn’t a manager because I don’t even want to imagine the rest of the staff.

  Their frappe machine has been out for almost a month!! Ridiculously long time for a machine at a very busy McDonald's to be out that long in my opinion!! Not happy 😡 guess I will go to Starbucks from now on!

  My kids happy meal that I got in the drive through had ice in it, so the food was cold and the bottom of the box was soaked. Every time I have been here, it’s just subpar, even for a McDonald’s. The fries are usually like warm if you use the drive through. I try not to even come here anymore, but it’s literally the only fast food in the area. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because of the play area.
