I told them we wanted the buy one footlong get one for a $1.00 . They looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my forehead .!! Like really ! I showed them the app , they said it was bogus .. in broken English,, sadly we’ll never be back and another couple ahead of me having similar issues so FIX IT , you can’t do business in that fashion and survive

A woman answered and refused to give me her name, when I asked why she couldn't give me a refund as I couldn't pick it up. Asked for the manager so they could help me with a refund since she said she was unable to and hung up the phone. Tried calling back goes straight to voicemail.. Please shut them down she had a strong indian accent extremely rude!! This is considered theft

All the mayo and honey Mustard was not IN the sandwich, instead it was along the edge as if it been forgotten and quickly clumped on. When I opened the package it was a mess and hard to eat. I was quite disappointed. I won't be going back.
