    We use this place often because it's convenient and the food is pretty good. The food is never ready when it says it should be and when you get there they often don't have all that was ordered. We know what to expect so we just roll with it, but what I don't expect is the kid making the food to be rude to me because it's been a busy day and he is stressed because he hasn't made all the food he was supposed to. I was more than happy to just get a refund for the part that they didn't have available because it was going to be a long wait, but he also had no idea how to refund anyone's money. I wasn't rude one bit but is customer service was terrible.

    Now that you've gone franchise, the quality has gone down. That sucks but you're no good anymore. If we need a cheap meal we will order from you. Other than that I'll drive 100 miles past you to eat food

    Love Krispy Krunchy Chicken! Located inside a gas station this is still some of the best fried chicken you'll have. Everything is "Cajun" inspired and the chicken is juicy and flavorful. We like to get the family meal with tenders and chicken. This place is 20 minutes away but it's still replaced our closer more famous chicken chain. Absolutely worth getting and call ahead if you have a big order. They'll cook it up hot and fresh for you.
