  I have yet to get hot, crispy french fries from this arby's. The fries are always warm and soft, not crispy, the food comes out very fast, I would rather wait a bit and get freshly prepared food instead of food that has been prepared in advance and held warm. Order a crispy fish sandwich and it is ready instantly, so it has been sitting in a warmer for some time, not prepared fresh.

  Discovered the fish sandwiches are really great and I always enjoy the French dip employees are friendly and the place is very clean

  I cant share my experience about the food yet, as I haven't received it. I placed my order at 554 & its now 720 & we still have no order. Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money paid, we could have gone to an actual restaurant and spent the same amount, eaten and been home by now. If I could give negative stars I would.
