- NJNathalie JMar 17, 20265.0I didn’t get to take a picture because of how good they made my sandwich. Annabella (subway employee) didn’t hold back with the ingredients. If she was an artist and my sandwich was a canvas it would be the Monalisa. Chefs kiss. Absolute perfection 🤌🏼
- KJKari JohnsonDec 29, 20252.0Put in my order at 7:10 PM waitied for it to approve and then said it would be ready by 7:25 PM, order was marked ready for pickup at 7:27pm. Came at 7:30 and they had just pulled it off the printer when I asked about it. She laughed and said “oh sorry we are in the middle of a rush”, Only 2 other people in the store ordering when I came in and they both looked at me confused. However this isn’t the first time I’ve placed an online order and have it not even started it before I arrive for pickup. I always order pickup and wait for approval as we order $80+ at a time. I always tip cash in person at pickup, so I’m not sure if the $0 tip when the order came it made them hold off or “not care”. Edit: Got home with or food and all the sandwiches are hard and the bread is crunching apart.
