  I went by today on Super Bowl Sunday. Many people entered and could not be served. Staff were incompetent and upset. Understaffed for Super Bowl. Some people ordered days before and paid $100+ and their orders were cancelled. They threw boxes on the floor for cancelled orders, then picked the boxes up, and used them for new orders. Very dirty. I cancelled and left. too many other pizza options for this to be acceptable.

  Ordered ahead on Friday for the Super Bowl. Called Saturday to confirm. Arrived Sunday at the confirmed pickup time and was immediately told “25 more minutes,” followed by the manager yelling that it “would’ve been done if I had employees” and saying “people who work around restaurants on Super Bowl should know.” We did everything right. We ordered early because it was the Super Bowl. We confirmed. We showed up on time. After waiting the additional 25 minutes, the order still wasn’t ready. On a $130 order, we asked for a discount. Instead, they refunded the entire order, said they’d still make it, then abruptly said they “did something wrong,” canceled the order completely, and sent us on our way. No food. No discount. No solution. Just a refund and no Super Bowl pizza with kickoff less than an hour away. As we were leaving, the lobby was packed. Another customer said his pickup time was an hour and a half earlier. Meanwhile, tickets were continuously printing behind the counter, easily 20 to 30 orders, while the lobby kept filling up. We chose Papa John’s specifically as a treat, even though Domino’s is closer. Huge mistake. This location is permanently off our list. Poor planning, zero accountability, and worse customer service.

  The pizza was awful. Probably the worst one I’ve ever had. Barely any cheese, the crust felt stale, and the entire thing was watery. As I picked up the first slice, and what little cheese was on it and all the toppings slid right off. A single piece of pineapple and some watery sauce on the crust remained. Every piece was like this. It was bland. There wasn’t a single good thing about it. I don’t think I’ve ever written a Google review before, but this pizza was so bad I had to say something. The woman at the counter was nice though.
