Sammy was ok but they tried to get me to sign a tip upon pick up while rocking a sign that says “tips appreciated but not expected” at the register. Just a little desperate for gratuity from a quickie sammy spot and a turn off. I’ve been to many JJ and never had to sign nothing on an order in pick up. Bad form.

The manager at this location was not friendly, barely acknowledged us. I ordered $300 worth of sandwiches. The sandwiches were not made the way I ordered them online. It was a great disappointment for the party. I contacted the general manager and she told me her worker does not make mistakes and I should have called instead of ordered online (basically my fault for ordering online). She told me she would talk to the staff on what happened and call me back. I never received a call back. Wow! Blame the customer for a royal mess up and not even apologize. As a manager, I would have apologized and given the customer a free meal even if it was a problem with the online system. What a disappointment, I will never go back.

I enjoy Jimmy John's usually, I came in to this location yesterday around lunch time so 12pm with my family so 5 people in total. We ordered at the front and waited for our food. We planned on eating inside. Most of the tables were dirty no big deal. The soda smelled and tasted moldy is the only way I can describe it. We won't even speak of the condition of the bathrooms. Then we got our food. Not one of our sandwiched was correct. We all asked for no mayonnaise, no tomato, add pickle, and yellow mustard. Seems simple enough the 1st sandwich had mayonnaise as well as tomato but no pickles. 2nd sandwich had mayonnaise on the outside and again tomato. I went back to the counter with all the sandwiches and spoke with Angela I explained to her that all 5 of our sandwiches needed to be remade due to them not being made correctly. Not only did she tell me " you did not say no mayonnaise" she then proceeded to loudly let me know that they are too busy to be remaking food that was not ordered correctly! " I am the manager of the store!" I was beyond upset but I remained calm and looked at my receipt and wouldn't you know it says right on it no mayo, no tomato, ect. My wife went to show her the receipt and was spoken down to and Angela in a very loud voice said okay honey I guess we will remake your order but it will be a minute we have other orders in front of you. At this my wife and our 3 teenage children left without our 80 plus dollars worth of food, and yes it was over 80 dollars for 5 meals with sandwich chip and drinks! I will never come to this location ever again. I hope that no one else has to deal with the incompetent, rude, argumentative, store manger Angela.
