The staff here is wonderful and always welcoming. The food is good. The restaurant and bathroom is always clean. Due to personal preference, the only “complaint” I have is the volume of music. It’s a tiny space and there aren’t many patrons there, when I have been there, so the music volume seems loud and excessive.

The only reason I'm not leaving a one-star review is because we had a previous experience here that was amazing, total opposite of tonight. The first time we came to this location the burgers were fantastic and made just as we ordered them. Tonight, we bought three burgers, and they were soaked with such ridiculously excessive amounts of ketchup and mustard, that we ended up having to throw away the wet, soggy, greasy, disintigrating buns and toppings, and use our own bread for the patties. I am so disappointed in tonight's experience, which sucks because I was looking forward to eating here often, but (especially for this price) I don't know if I will be back.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
