She barely put any food in my bowl — everything was such a small amount that I had to ask her to add more. Instead of fixing it, she just said, “Do you need a double portion?” with an attitude. That’s not how customers should be treated. I come to Chipotle because I like the food, but this kind of service makes you not want to come back. Please train your staff to be friendlier and to actually give fair portions for what people pay for.
