  We ordered pick up. Showed up at the window 10 minutes later. Waited 15 minutes to get our food. Received our food and it was cold. Food had been sitting while we waited in the window. Spoke to two different employees while waiting and neither seemed to care. One lady actually laughed when we told her we had been waiting and then yelled something in Spanish back to her co-workers. When we got home and opened the bag the order was wrong! Worst experience at Chipotle we have ever had. We have noticed the blasé attitude at the Shoreline location before. This will be the last time we order from there. We may try other locations eventually. What a joke. This is an instance I wish I could give negative stars for service.

  Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. We have never had a great experience at this Shoreline location, but today was the last straw. My fiancé and I used the drive-through to pick up a mobile order. When we arrived at the window, the employee just stared at us. When we provided the pickup name, there was some slight confusion because the name is spelled with an "I" instead of a "Y," but rather than being professional, the employee butchered the name and then turned to her coworker to make fun of the spelling in Spanish right in front of us. It is absolutely ridiculous that the store culture here allows employees to openly mock customers to their faces. We won’t be returning to this location—or any Chipotle—for a long time. If you’re looking for basic respect with your meal, go elsewhere. And as a customer we shouldn't have to reach back out to a customer service link and retype this information in, talk about not caring about your customers or potential customers.

  All of our food was cold. Even the queso was almost solidified from sitting for so long. The side of fruit for my kid was a tiny little tangerine and the chips my kid complained about being too hard, I tried them and they tasted stale. I had high hopes for you guys!

  Some of the skimpiest portions of food you can possibly get at a Chipotle. Dont even bother asking for extra rice or beans because they will roll their eyes at you and then purposely give you half scoop of meat.

  I go to this chipotle all the time and I'm not sure if it's a certain manager or what but I get double chickenrice and black beans with hot sauce and corn they give me less then 1 serving 40% of the time I go here and the food in lower quality
