  Went to get a bowl of the Al pastor after seeing an ad on TV at 8:10pm of 04/02/2026. The store was next to a newly opened pizza store which was brightly lit and had an open sign and the Chipotle store was dingy dark from inside and no sign. I had to go to the door to read the open and close sign. I waited at the counter and the guy who came saw a line forming behind me and looked not too happy about it. I anyway ordered the brown rice and al pastor bowl and drove home on 175th street.....guess what the chicken was cold and all I got was 5-6 bits of chicken and the rice undercooked. I am never going back to this location. I have tried chipotle in the U district and other locations in seattle which are way better when it comes to serving portions and customer service. I felt justified for not tipping because I am a huge tipper.

  Pickup order entirely wrong. They didn't include corn, salsa, sour cream, and they used the wrong chicken. Tried to get a refund online, and the AI chatbot just closed the chat. Never again.

  Wait times r ridiculous if you use Uber Eats or Grubhub. Been waiting 20 to 50 minutes AFTER the apps estimated completion time. Splitting to-gos and dine in chipotle assembly lanes DONT WORK. It’s happened multiple times 💀

  Customer service was pretty absent. Tried to pick up an order but no one spoke to me as I was waiting at the counter. Waited ten extra minutes just to grab a bag. Kept pushing dine in orders through in front of me without even a “one moment we will be with you”. Communication and acknowledgment is nice. Paid for chips and salsa, salsa filled halfway or less in the cup. Rice is severely undercooked and full of starch still, y’all are gonna hurt someone’s digestive track with this. My quesadilla’s cheese wasn’t even melted in it. Overall very unimpressed by this visit.

  I've been to this location a handful of times and three times now I have gotten a depressingly small burrito when I've ordered online for pickup. Today it happened again but the place was clearly too slammed for me to go back and ask for them to remake it. The food tastes fine, but the portion size with the burrito I typically order is tiny! I've added a picture of it in comparison to a bowl. The burrito itself was also wrapped so poorly, also pictured. If I ever come back here, I feel like my only option is to order inside, otherwise I'm certain to get a portion size that isn't worthy of the $15 burrito price. Plus, just look at the bag of chips they gave us! Half of it was taken up by this mega-chip that's just trash!
