  ​I have been incredibly patient with this location, silently putting up with repeated mistakes because I know fast food is stressful and "stuff happens." Over time, I’ve paid for at least $20 worth of cookies through the mobile app that they "ran out of" and just never gave me. I never once complained or fought for a refund. But I have officially reached my limit. ​Last night, they completely botched a $33 mobile order. Instead of the custom beef burgers I paid for, I received a rubbery chicken sandwich I didn't order, a completely wrong Dave's Double, and they shorted me a large fry. ​Today, we went back to get the correct food. I explicitly ordered a burger with NO BUN. They printed a sticker that clearly read "No Potato Bun" and slapped it directly onto a hamburger WITH A BUN. The sheer incompetence it takes to fail basic reading comprehension right in front of your own eyes is staggering. ​But it actually gets worse. Their way of "fixing" our completely ruined dinner from last night was to hand us ANOTHER completely wrong order today. We just unwrapped my husband's food—he ordered a Dave's Triple, and they gave him a Baconator instead. ​I am tired of a billion-dollar company stealing money from the little guy through missing items and entirely wrong meals, and then hiding behind a broken app that makes getting a refund a complete nightmare. Check your bags before you drive away, because they absolutely will not get your order right. Whoever is managing or franchising this specific location has absolutely zero business running a restaurant, because this level of complete structural incompetence is mind-blowing. I am entirely done giving them my money.

  Tired of paying for food that I didn't get. 3rd time that I've ordered and paid for a Taco Salad with no protein, ie the chili.

  The app will let you order lunch before 10:30 or whenever it is that they decide to start making lunch. They won't make the food, but they'll certainly take your money.

  The meals are the right price. We Sat inside and got to visit (my daughter & I). We ate a bit quicker than we wanted because the lobby was cold. It takes a lot to make me cold. Other than that, our foid was good

  Nice job bagging y’all… overloaded bag burst all over the floor, turning $45 dollars worth of food into garbage! What a Joke!! I enjoy Wendy’s… but this store is now trash, just like our food and money spent on it.
