When I visited yesterday, I asked about ordering fries because the menu screen clearly displayed a photo of loaded fries with nacho toppings. I clarified that I wanted just the fries — not the full nacho dish — and instead of simply explaining whether that was possible, the manager laughed at me in a smartass, unprofessional way. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude. I wasn’t being rude or difficult; I was just trying to order what was shown on the menu. Being laughed at by the person running the store made the entire interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful. I left feeling irritated and disrespected, and unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning with service like that. Management sets the tone for the whole store, and this was not the kind of professionalism a customer should expect.

When I received my box, there was a hand written message which read, "Today will be great discovery kind of day!" When I was finished eating, I went to the counter to inquire who had written the message on my food box. All the employees immediately responded, "thats our manager!" Kudos to the manager of this TB location! Obviously setting the standard for her entire crew and going above and beyond. I will stop here EVERY time I pass through Shelton, WA. No question, highly recommend this place! Thank you for spreading positivity in an all-to-often dark world. ♥️
