  Okay so.i just popped in for a quick bite after an interview. When I received my box, there was a hand written message which read, "Today will be great discovery kind of day!" When I was finished eating, I went to the counter to inquire who had written the message on my food box. All the employees immediately responded, "thats our manager!" Kudos to the manager of this TB location! Obviously setting the standard for her entire crew and going above and beyond. I will stop here EVERY time I pass through Shelton, WA. No question, highly recommend this place! Thank you for spreading positivity in an all-to-often dark world. ♥️

  I ordered a 12 pack of tacos, along with a three burritos, a chicken bowl, and 2 cheese quesadillas to eat during the playoffs. The meat in the tacos was not strained (if that's what they do) properly, and the meat was so greasy that they were completely uneatable. The soft taco tortilla was a soggy mess from the meat grease, and the soggy meat was just flat out gross tasting. No one wanted to eat a taco. It was rather disappointing considering the 12 pack of tacos are so expensive. I ended up not eating that night--because I had choosen the tacos--after spending $70 on food. It may have been an off night for them, but with food costing so much more now ($70 for the few items we got), it feels like it's more difficult to be understanding when mistakes or shortcuts are made. When the food is cheap, it's easier to shrug off the quality for price. Taco bell is no longer a cheap option.

  This location gives the absolute WORST service to Door Dashers. People ordering after arriving getting their food first. My customers order sat in the window for at least 10 minutes after I arrived. She asked for a remake. People deserve hot food. I was told no. Customer will probably be on here next. Customers are customers and I'll never understand why some restaurants ignore us. WE ARE CUSTOMERS. This was around 3pm Thursday Oct. 23rd. I won't be accepting orders from there until this issue is fixed. It's not just a one time situation. They just don't care about dashers. Our job is hard enough without being treated like second class citizens.

  Taco bell i love you i love you so much your cheese and meat tacos in the doritos crunchy shell makes me nut everytime i have it, its so good taco i love you more than i love my own life, i wish i could marry taco bells company, baja blast is my piss at this point from how much ive drank it cause it is my favorite ever drink to grace planet earth. PLEASE taco bell, PLEASE respond. thank you taco bell for making my life worth living.
