  Ordering here using the app is the most frustrating experience. Many coupons that appear available in the app don’t work because apparently owner has turned some off, and there’s absolutely zero transparency about which deals are actually accepted in the app. They all appear available so I end up wasting time ordering only to find out that my coupon isn't accepted and I have to start over. The app itself is glitchy, logs you out randomly, and gives confusing incorrect information about store hours. While I understand that's out of their control it still affect the ordering experience making it absolutely miserable. No issues with the staff, the problem is with the owner/store management/app. Not accepting certain coupons is already lame, but even worse is when you have to order having no idea which ones will actually work. In short, the ordering is experience is very disappointing and leaves a lot to be desired.

  So I pull up with 20 to 30 minutes left before closing and the long haired guy had locked the door and I knocked on it and he pointed to the sign and said were closed. I said subway doesn't close til 8 he stood there and started being loud and obnoxious about it all and I had said this is a all the time occurrence at this location that I would like to speak to the manager and he replies with attitude I am the manager and instantly knew he wasn't gonna do anything about it so I said I would like to speak to the owner so he calls the owner and I explain to him what's going on and the owner says im sorry go online and order your food while im trying to order online 3 other customers walk up and I tell them the owner said order online and they get on the app tells us its closed by the time the worker got done arguing he had wasted time that he could have made sandwiches. This is bs its all the time with this location always having issues with staffing or cant keep the store open something needs to change.

  Last couple night went there at 7 30 and staff was rude and putting everything away. Hours say open till 8. I worked nights and go there early on my lunch tk get subway. Guess maybe should pick different place for food.
