- LMLaura Monroe4 days ago4.0Appreciate that there are usually several registers open with human cashiers even though they also have a large self checkout area. Some people want human interactions ane/or don't do well with technology I'm glad they aren't clogging up the self checkout lines; please continue to have human cashiers thank you. Regular things Safeways have, Starbucks inside, pharmacy, bakery, produce, flowers and balloons, etc. etc. etc. The staff are usually nice and have answered our questions accurately.

I was told I could ask for a refund but would need to contact the store directly. I did this, got Joe and he made me a priority. Not only was he understanding and sincere, he reselected my items, drove to my house and personally delivered the order to my front door. Outstanding!!!!! Thank you Joe!!

She swiped through my phone to a bar code and scanned it. I tried to tell her it was $2 off not 20 cents but she wasn't having it.

I showed up unannounced needing eight dozen cupcakes—total emergency—and she didn’t hesitate. She made it happen with such a positive attitude and calm under pressure. The cupcakes were perfect, and her customer service went above and beyond. Truly saved the day—thank you, Tammy!
