I’d say 80% of the time the staff here is decent, whether you’re in the drive-thru or inside. You do get the occasional bad experience with someone who lacks the maturity to leave their personal issues at the door, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to get a meal.
The food is usually hot and about as good as McDonald’s gets, but the real issue is the cost. McDonald’s isn’t a cheap brand anymore. It’s gotten to the point where they’re charging restaurant prices—you can easily spend $20 on just one person now, which is getting ridiculous. If I’m paying that much, I expect a certain level of service every single time, not just most of the time. It’s fine for a quick fix, but it’s definitely not the value it used to be.

The food is what it is. But the atmosphere and service is out of control. The manager on shift 3/27 at 5pm was an absolute disrespectful person. One of his employees came in and clocked in probably from lunch or whatever and he just started ripping into her about talking on shift and that she should be doing what she’s paid for. All of this in front of customers. Those conversations should be in private, for the employees sake and the customers. He then turned to another employee and was talking about her. Saying he doesn’t even know why she is there. When I spoke up and said it was unprofessional to be talking like that in front of customers he was argumentative and said “well she should be doing her job, I didn’t know you were a manager here.” 0 out of 10 don’t recommend. His hair was also super gross, greasy and long to be working near food without a hair net.

Their hours say 5:00 am open which is not true. They are never open at 5:00 am. You never know when they will open. Management could improve business by posting true and accurate hours of operation. The fries are never fresh and hot. The burgers and chicken barely warm. The drive thru takes forever and many times the order is incorrect. The workers try their best; however, owner and managers really need to improve overall food quality and customer service. The food is way too expensive for the poor quality service and food.

The manager was super sweet, we accidentally ordered our meal incorrectly and she gave us the best service, the food was fresh and great! Thank you Becka !
