- KRKatina ReynoldsDec 5, 20251.0I usually stick to my regular espresso stand but I stopped here since it was closer. I ordered my daily coffee, a 16oz quad shot white chocolate caramel mocha iced no whip extra sweet. When I received it, it had whip cream (no big deal) I just asked if they could take it off. Once down the road I took a drink and I almost spit it out, I’ve had burnt espresso before but this was so much worse like it was an old espresso that was saved and burnt. I never complain about anything but I had to. I went back I let her know that it was pretty bitter and tasted burnt, and said she would remake it. She stated that their coffee is normally bitter (really!?) and would I like it to be a 24oz vs 16oz to which I replied yes. It took her less than 2 minutes to “remake” the drink and it tasted almost as bad as the first, just watered down due to the new size. I knew she didn’t remake the drink at all, just poured it into the larger cup, added more milk and flavor to dilute bitter/burnt espresso. Just to get it over with and since at that point I could tell that she was annoyed I told her it was the coffee was fine. I drove out of my way to go to my usual espresso stand to get a new coffee and throw that one away. I will never go back to that stand or any other Diedrich stand for that matter, that’s pure laziness and terrible customer service. Waste of time and money…
- AOAllison OsborneNov 30, 20251.0Just spent $47.58 on 3 drinks and 3 food items. While setting the drink holder with 3 drinks in it on my front seat all 3 drinks tipped over. I was able to catch 2 drinks. The 3rd drink landed on the floor of my car completely spilt! I asked if I could have my drink remade. It was now completely all over the floor and there was no way I could drink it. I was told I would have to purchase another drink. The store could not make me a replacement drink. The drink dropped out of a drink holder while in my possession. I understand it was my fault. As a fellow business owner I expected a different experience. I will never return. I would have.
