On top of that, the little Mexican girl at the drive thru window had a less than positive attitude. I've lived in town for over 20 years and have been steadily seeing the downfall of this DQ. This will be the last time spending my hard earned money on garbage food and attitude.

They then refused to give us a refund, or comp it in any way. The lady at the counter was rude and not helpful in any way and told us since it was a "third party" (the dairy queen website) they are not liable for any losses because of it. Terrible service.
