He was beyond professional, detailed and knowledgeable about the operations of this business. It was extremely impressive to see him in action. He deserves a raise and recognition for his hard work/professionalism! You just don’t come across young men like him on a daily basis. Wingstop needs to take care of him!

Looking down at the register saying: Ordering? Ordering? As he was rude neither me nor my son answered. Then he said Name? Name? I said why do you need the name? Thinking we are the only customers in the store literally. He said how about I call you # 1. I said OK. Then the worker with him asked me if I speak Spanish, but I did not take it negative from as she sensed the tension and she is trying to ease things. I kind of understood that this must not be the first time this guy is rude. Then I said why are you coming strong like that? I did not want to say rude. He said because I am the BOSS. I said BOSS yourself. My kid was with me I could not say the other word. Then we just left and ordered from the one at the university. What happened to good customer service. Hello my I help you? Can I get your order? Then after the order may I have your name for the order?. That is all I expect just the bear minimum.
