  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but they’ve now messed up my order three separate times. At this point, it’s not a one-off mistake—it’s a consistent issue. Orders are either incorrect, missing items, or just not what was asked for. It’s really frustrating to pay for food and not get what you ordered, especially when it keeps happening. Accuracy should be the bare minimum. Not okay. I won’t be coming back.

  I specifically asked for extra ranch. I get to the window, I looked the worker in his eyes and I said "did you get the extra ranch" he looked me in my eyes and said "yes" guess who didn't get an extra ranch...

  EDIT: you'll note, no one replies to any of the reviews here. I really don't think they care. We were really excited for something besides McDonald's and taco bell. We've been four or five times now and every single time our food is wrong. Time before last, they shorted us an order of fries and all the sauces we paid extra for. I went back in and they swore they gave them to me. It was aggressive for a convo about dips y'know. This time I got two orders of 10 nuggets. Both containers had 9 nuggets. Odd coincidence. I called three times, once w a different phone and each time they pretended they couldn't hear me but as she hung up the second time I heard say that I was dumb and should give up calling bc they weren't gonna talk to me. Not for nothing, but it sucks that a cheeseburger there is the size of a slider. Major shrinkage inflation. The only redeeming quality is the frosty. I'll probably stop trying to get food here anymore.
