**catering order**
I recently used Taste of Mumbai for a catering order for 30 people, but two hours before the event, I realized I actually needed food for 45! Rishi and his team were absolute lifesavers and were able to accommodate the last-minute change without any issues.
The service was 5/5—they delivered everything right on time and even handled the container pickup afterward, which made the whole process stress-free.
As for the food, it was exactly what we were looking for and met all our expectations. If you're looking for professional service and very reasonable quotes, I highly recommend them for large group catering orders!

Great restaurant and amazing service. Mr. Parth, who served our table was a very nice and humble guy. You did a great job Mr. Parth. Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful.
The food was great, we ordered pakora’s, Kathi roll, chicken 65 and chicken Manchurian for appetizers. Everything was delicious and tasted freshly made.
For main courses we ordered Achari Began, Dal Panchratan, Seekh Kabab, Malai Tikka boti, Dum Biryani, Chicken Karahi, Chicken Jalfrezi, Masala dosa, Idli with Sambhar, Onion Cilantro Nan, and Garlic Nan. For dessert we had cashew halwa, hot chocolate Brownie with vanilla Ice cream and Karak Chai. My family really loved the food and service. Must recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Taste of Mumbai! From the cozy, unpretentious atmosphere, to the delicious meal, and excellent service, we were REALLY happy that we’d chosen this spot for dinner.
We had very tasty (and quite large) samosas to start; served with a little dish of mint chutney and plum sauce. I loved this so much! I could imagine just having this dish for a quick lunch sometime.
For our main meal we had Tandoori shrimp served with red and green peppers and red onion, all perfectly grilled.
We also had delicious aloo gobi and garlic naan. Nice portions of each dish, with plenty to eat there and some left over to take home.
(*speaking of naan— they offer A DOZEN different kinds! I’m excited to try them all!)
Our server, Charmi, was excellent— so welcoming, attentive, and friendly!
In fact, I was impressed with all of the wait staff, they all seemed honestly interested in getting each dish just right for each customer.
We walked away feeling like we’d just had a fantastic meal at a new friend’s house.
With lots of interesting and diverse menu options, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and their welcoming space, I’ll definitely be returning to Taste of Mumbai!
Food here is good. I have tried Bombay vada pav, paneer pasanda, dal Bukhara, jalapeño cheese naan, samosa chat, Malabar paratha, mutton biryani. To be honest, some of them are really really good and tasty, some are terrible. Malabar paratha was too hard almost felt like I’m biting into a stone, samosa chat was too bland not much flavor and the size of vada pav baffled me, too small, those are the tiniest pavs I have ever had. Mutton biryani was not as spicy as I expected it to be but the taste was good. Now to the good things, paneer pasanda and dal Bukhara are really really good. And the unexpected best that happened was jalapeño cheese naan, this is like a spicy cheese quesadilla. A must try!!
The service provided was really appreciative, charmee was friendly and attentive.
I promised a review so here it goes. I chilled by the bar. Live entertainment was amazing to say the least. Kareoke sprauled out throw the night in-between acts. Yeah you get your chance at the spotlight. Service on point, clearly they care about the customer and the employees. Food was great but this is where I have to say if you tell me it's gonna be spicy and I'm not sweating and in need of medical care. Don't warn me it might be to spicy, that's my only complaint y'all hear from me. Bring it up a notch for us spice lovers . I say this as a joke, of course. Food was delicious and well made hats of to the cooks. Rice was so well made and that's not an easy thing to do. I see you. Cocktails were unique and tasty. Had a wonderful night hanging out with my West Seattle friends. If you have doubts.. shut the heck up and open your life up for some fun. Shout out to Richie, Mihka knight at the sound booth and Rachael the kareoke goddesses. Come make some best friends. West Seattle knows how to make you feel at home. Come for the taste, stay for the vibes.
