Came here a few times and the service was great, food was amazing although the smell of the restaurant isn’t the best. The reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of a higher rating is because last time I went, the service was absolutely terrible ordered the same dish 3 times which I did not receive so I asked for a takeout dish at the end to once again not receive so I left. The service has been and was usually good before this visit, I’ll give it another chance but if service doesn’t improve you’re practically paying to talk with appetizers

We visited sushi% for my dad’s birthday and it was an overall disappointing experience. The restaurant neglected to even give us water for more than 15 minutes of sitting down. Our first order took at least 30 mins to come out and some items that we ordered never arrived until 1.5 hours had passed. Regarding food, the ratio of fish to rice was like a 1:5 ratio, mostly rice, with a sliver of fish. The albacore tasted like it went bad. Miso soup tasted off, takoyaki rubbery, and the udon was so bland we had to pour sushi soy sauce in to add flavor. I understand that this was never going to be a top quality sushi spot but I expected more than this. The only positive was that we didn’t experience any food poisoning. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else.

It's pretty good value for the price - you get a lot of options to choose from between appetizers, sushi, nagiri and even ice cream for just ~35$. There are some things you have to accept like sushi and nagiri having a lot of rice, and 15 mins of waiting between orders. However, they made us wait over an hour for our sashimi. This was not just our experience, other tables complained about it too. They clearly don't want customers ordering sashimi and should just take it off the menu because it ruined what was otherwise a good experience. They only brought it out after our 2 hours of ordering time was up. This was despite us asking for it multiple times and them telling us they will go check on it and even reordering it for us. Just taking sashimi off the ayce menu would solve a lot of issues for them and for the customers.

I come here fairly often, solo and with friends, but this time they didn't bring me my order as I ordered it, (I ordered 4 rolls, 2 big ones, two small 4 piece ones, and gyoza). The idea, I know what I want, I can order, eat, and go in about 30-40 minutes. After ordering, THEY chose the order in which they brought out my food, starting with the cheapest dish to the most expensive. The roll I really wanted, I never got because they never made it, after an hour and a half of waiting. They only brought my rolls one at a time as if they didn't trust one person could finish what they'd ordered, or that they didn't trust I'd pay for any left overs. (They very clearly say there's a fee per lb, so I know what I'm ordering and am willing to honor this-- though I've always finished what'd I order. ) It was really frustrating to see 6 entire tables come in after I'd ordered get all their food before mine. Not to mention I was left waiting while they had to go make the next one. I felt like I was being treated like a child. I finally got frustrated and just paid my bill and left when I realized they hadn't even stated the last of my order. The price and quality seems about right for AYCE sushi, but I'd rather go spend $50-$80 for quality individual rolls at a place that actuality brings out what I order as i ordered it. I dont think I'm going to come back for a long while. It's fine for groups, because you'll actually get your order, but if you're by yourself be advised, you'll be waiting a long time and maybe never get what you came in for to begin with.

The sushi quality was good and the roll slices were thick. Disappointed in the sashimi size they were so tiny. Not baby friendly as there is no where to change a diaper. The service was horrible. It wasnt that busy and the food was coming out so slow! We had so many pauses in between each plate to the point i was wondering if it was on purpose. We are fast eaters because i was with my 3 month old and he was napping so i was excited to eat out during his nap. We were there for 2 hours! And i left hungry! I was done waiting and my baby woke up and was getting fussy after i breast fed him and bottle fed him (thats how much down time we had because of how slow the food was coming out) and the worst part was the lady next to us wanted her icecream switched out because it was melted (she was also waiting for her food) and the guy put it back in the freezer and by the time we ordered icecream he literally gave us that exact same one! I would not recommend this restaurant the service was horrible and the food was not good enough to come back to be served this way again.
