- H5hini 5233 days ago1.0I visited on April 9, 2026 at around 9 AM, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The female staff member working at that time was quite rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked her to remove a spoiled part of the lettuce, she reacted with an attitude and seemed irritated. From start to finish, her behavior was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I dont mind that I paid tips, I only mind that the tips were added without my knowledge. Maybe it was the machine. Just pay close attention to your amount before paying.

CastellanosMar 25, 20265.0The guy working overnight is a big improvement from what it used to be, I see comments talking about his speed (which I had no issue with), he provides great customer service and does a great job, greatly appreciate his energy making the visit to subway a good one, and the sandwich was great as usual.
