- DODane OsakoApr 6, 20261.0Food was hot, but out of ingrediants. My order was messed up. The person in front of me's order was messed up, and the person in front of that's order was messed up. I put in a mobile order, and he didnt start making it until I showed up to pick it up.

During my visit, I requested that the employee change their gloves before preparing my food, which is a basic hygiene expectation. The employee refused and instead told me that I could leave if I was not comfortable. This behavior was unprofessional and concerning from a food safety standpoint. Customers should feel confident that proper hygiene practices are being followed, especially when handling food. I hope this issue is addressed promptly, and that staff are reminded of the importance of cleanliness and respectful customer service.

I've asked 3 separate times via online ordering to have my sandwich cut in 3s & each time it wasn't. One time I didn't get the double meat I ordered. When I asked to have my sandwich made over again, they were out of tuna. They make my sandwiches incorrectly and bag it up and assume I wouldn't check to see if it's made properly. They're scamming people. There's no supervisors or management to rectify my inconveniences. I will be taking my business elsewhere, perhaps Jimmy John's. This is by far the worst subway I've ever been to.
