  This place is a joke! Ordered through the actual Subway app, but when I picked up my order the drinks were completely wrong. I was given an option via the app for a Diet Coke, however, they don’t have Coke products. Why offer Coke products on the app? When I complained about the wrong drinks I was told I needed to update my app. Seriously? That’s your response. I demanded a refund for the drinks to which I was told they would need to cancel the order and charge again without the drinks, but that would make my bill even higher because it negates the meal deal discount. I told the employee I was grabbing two drinks from the refrigerator and walking out, to which responded, “that’s fine.” When I got home I discovered they didn’t put the chips in the bag. So the lunch was nearly $60 (myself, Wife, and Son). So I paid nearly $60 for three sub-par sandwiches; drinks I didn’t want and no chips. Tried to call the store for a full refund, but no one ever answered. This is the last $60 subway will get from me.

  FYI - This location used to accept coupons from in-app orders, but no longer does as of 2026. We will never eat here again because we’re not paying $30 for 2 foot long subs. Greedy.

  Food is always good (who doesn't love a sub, right?), service is always fast and friendly, and the restaurant has always been clean every time I've been there. A huge plus is they're open until 8:00 pm, so if you're in a pinch, it's an affordable option for dinner.
