  I placed an order for pickup and it gave the option to place it ahead so I did that because it would be a 20 minute walk there and back. As I'm leaving my house I get a notification that my order is already ready 20 minutes before it was supposed to be. I get to the store and ask has my order been sitting there for 20+ minutes and she says yes bc I placed it 30 minutes ago. I said but I put it for 12:15, so you guys just make it right away? I placed it so I would have still warm food by the time I walked back home but instead it sat there on a table, not under a warmer. No offer to remake it or anything, the milkshake was even set in the freezer and you could feel it was rock hard by the time she tried to give it to me. I've worked food service over 10 years and I've never seen a business ran so poorly. Employee was trash too and I will not be back.

  This would have been a bad burger for $5...but cost double that. Staff was nice enough but this is horrible unhealthy food. Threw most of it out despite being hungry.

  The food was good and cold when we finally were allowed to have it after the lady let it die on the counter for 10 minutes or so. It was also way overpriced for what you get and what you have to deal with even after paying. L The secret cream sodas were the best part of our experience. The only thing I would even consider trying again. Dining in, the staff was incredibly unhelpful. I ordered nearly $100 in food for our family and I received a text it was ready and the lady repeatedly told me she would bring it out to us when it was ready. I came back up, spoke to the same lady, and told her again I got a text saying it was ready, I could literally see her touching our drinks as she sat there. She again told me she would bring it out. That never happened. Eventually my wife went up and she was able to somehow convince the lady that she could give us our now cold food. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! The atmosphere was meh. They need to fix their bathroom faucet. It literally falls over when you try to wash your hands.

  This burger is an absolute banger. Smash burgers are hot and they are doing them right. Its slightly more pricey but the extra fiver is worth it. This might become my new favorite burger joint. They've got fun soda/shake options and the wings hit. They give you syringe of sauces which is fun but unnecessary. The combo meals offers you your choice of sandwich, fries and 4 wings starting at $22. The specialty items are pretty vague but im sure they won't disappoint. Eg. I added the "gluten friendly" fries that I loved and 100% suggest but have no idea how they differ from the regular fries. And the secret sodas give very little usable information.

  The service is unforgettable. Greeted when I walked in, shakes brought out immediately, food delivered to my table. Nice guy, chill, good vibes. The place clean, fun and a great place for vibes. The milkshake. Best blend of icecream ive ever had. I just had a cookies and cream without a topping and its still mind blowing. The burger is like tasting the food from Gods table. Burger is perfectly cooked, crispy edges. The fries? Crisp but not crunchy, hot, perfectly salted. Absolutely devastatingly delicious. If you are craving a good burger. Look no further. Followt the gps here. You wont regret it. Good prices. Reasonable. Not over the top at all. Dont waste a beat. Come here for a good burger.
