The customer experience has definitely decreased dramatically over the past few years. Some examples: Having a second walled-off section for specific goods that I need to check out to leave. I understand putting alcohol in a separate section, but random items are in there so I might be going in and out several times during one shopping section. Very inconvenient. App-only deals. What's the point in having a membership if I also need the app to get deals? I don't want to download ANOTHER app for another business. And I have terrible reception in this establishment. Checking receipts at the exit. This is not Costco, I do not want to be treated like a criminal after I feel YOU have robbed ME. The person idly checking receipts should be helping customers check out instead. I only shop here if I have no other option.

Removed from the system so I couldn’t transfer it to another pharmacy. Because of the weekend, I could not get in contact with my doctor to have a new prescription sent. I ended up getting the prescription filled at Walgreens without issue, confirming that this pharmacist decided to cancel my prescription for no reason.
