- RRRavyn In Recovery2 days ago5.0They have security guard named Katu. He is the nicest most non judgemental person I have ever met!! He actually cares about the people whom live in the community. It don't matter if ur homeless &/or a drug addict or if ur just a regular shopper. As long as u come in with no shady biz. He is welcoming. I seen him give a customer seahawks shirt, buy someone in need something to eat & always willing to ask u "How u r doing"!! He makes u feel like U matter, Ur cared about & never judged!!! So THANK U Katu!! This world needs more people like u in this world!!!

No baskets, no backpacks (across from a train station?!?), “security guards” obstructing the door while they text and chat with panhandlers, “high-shrinkage” items corralled, half the frozen aisle needs an already overworked key holder to unlock, staples (esp. dairy) OOS >90% of visits, lines around the store at peak from inability to recover from skeleton crew staffing model that’s unsustainable thanks to the deletion of self checkout. Feels like poor execution of shareholder-value-centric tactics tanking the entire shopper experience in the middle of a food-desert. RB store is same but with the added insult of surveillance pricing. Would give zero stars if able. Currently shopping at Costco, PCC, Grocery Warehouse, and for convenience items I’d rather dodge fenty clouds at the Shell.
